Four campaigns with a Navy gunship crew in the Mekong Delta.
The Seawolves of Helicopter Attack (Light) Squadron Three flew worn-out Army Hueys off the decks of tank landing ships to cover the river patrol boats. Hal Sayre's fire team flies all four books: from the scramble horn on the USS Garrett County, through the burning of Vinh Long, to the border canal at the Cambodian line and the floating base at Sea Float in the far south. The same Viet Cong commander, Sáu Đước, is waiting for them the whole way.
