Ebooks & Audiobooks

Digital products are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us at support@whitemountainpress.com with your order number and we'll process your refund promptly. No need to return anything—digital files are yours to delete at your discretion.

Paperbacks

Physical books may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Contact us first at support@whitemountainpress.com to receive return instructions. We'll refund the product price once we confirm the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your paperback arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll ship a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund including original shipping.
