Last Seen (The Missing Dog Unit Book 1)

A missing-person case, a fog off the river, and a bloodhound who won't stop.

Gabriel works missing-person cases out of a small office above Petrescu's deli on Varnum Street, in the Ohio river city of Lindenport. His partner is Gideon, a bloodhound who keeps looking after everyone else has stopped, and who will not invent a trail that isn't there.

It starts before daylight, with the fog sitting in Varnum Street as high as the tops of the parked cars and another case waiting on the desk.
